EDI Integration with Trifecta
Customer Portal
The customer portal allows a user to view all there freight, see the status of jobs in real time, print and distribute POD’s, and book or edit jobs. The portal can be configured by each user to suit their needs.
Notifications
Notifications can be set up to be automatically sent to customers based on events. These notifications can be configured to be emailed or sent to API or SFTP locations from within the Trifecta UI. These can be configured for status changes, delivery events, bookings and edits etc.
EDI integrations
If the customer can provide a constant format file in CSV,XML,HTML or TXT formats this can be quickly mapped to create orders and perform updates in Trifecta. Trifecta can provide an SFTP address for the files to go to, or use a simple email address to receive files. POD’s and status updates can be returned via SFTP to a nominated address or can be returned by API or email.
Trifecta API
Trifecta has a suite of API’s for creating and updating orders. Swagger details are publicly available. API’s can be used for order create, update, cancel etc. Status updates and POD’s can be returned. For containers this API supports integration with forwarders and provisions status updates across the container life cycle.
Where a standard integration option is not suitable, development can be completed to achieve the required outcome for any integration.
